A dose refers to all the tablets or pills you take at a specific time. For example, if you take 3 tablets every morning, that counts as one dose.
You can add one or two schedules depending on how your treatment is structured. Some people take their medication at the same time every day and only need one schedule. Others may have different routines for weekdays and weekends, and can use two schedules to reflect those differences.
Each schedule can include one or more doses.
What the Blue Circles Mean
Days marked with a blue circle are active for each schedule. These are the days when the selected doses will be given. For example, if you’ve removed weekends from Schedule 1, blue circles will appear on weekdays only. Use this visual to quickly check which days your treatment is scheduled.

Just tap the button after taking your dose — quick, easy, and always in the same place.

Great for morning/evening routines at home.
Pro tip: Move the button to your new blister pack the moment you open it so it’s always ready.

2. Keep It With You When You’re On the Go
You don’t have to keep the button on the pack.

Tasks – Your Personal To-Do List Under the "Tasks" section in the "What's up!" view, you’ll find your personal to-do list. This list contains various Action Cards tailored to your current situation. For new users, Tasks are primarily used for onboarding—helping you get started step by step. For existing users, Tasks serve as reminders to fill out forms, access new information, and perform other important actions relevant to your ongoing journey. We recommend making the Tasks section part of your daily routine. Open the app regularly and check under "Tasks" to see if there’s a new Action Card waiting for you. If one is available, make sure to complete it. These tasks are designed to support your progress and ensure you don’t miss anything important. Try to find a routine that fits naturally into your everyday life—whether it’s checking your tasks first thing in the morning, during a lunch break, or in the evening. Building this habit will help you stay on track and make the most of the app.
